#3 Article

              I chose an article "Gut Bacteria: We Are What Eat" and this URL is <http://www.voanews.com/learningenglish/home/>. According to this article, humans have good bacteria in their gut. These organisms help break down food. They are involved in how to diet. There are two major categories; western-type diet and fruit-vegetable type of diet. In addition, the rise in obesity is likely to lead to an increase in cases of diabetes, heart disease, cancer and other conditions.
               In my opinion, if you know your own bacteria's type when you diet, you could succeed easily. It is so useful to diet and good for your health. I think we had better to learn about that more. Therefore they should be known by people. It helps you to decrease your weight and  be in good health, you know. Also I want to know about them more and check it out.
